Earl "OG" Flaggs
Introducing our CEO, Earl "OG" Flaggs, a seasoned basketball professional with over 20 years of valuable experience in the industry. Hailing from the Bay Area, OG's journey began at the esteemed Pete Newell Big Man's Camp, where basketball icons such as Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Bill Walton, Patrick Ewing, David Robinson, and Hakeem Olajuwon honed their skills.
While attending Michigan State University with dreams of a promising playing career, fate dealt OG a challenging hand as he suffered an early injury that abruptly ended his time on the court. Undeterred, he redirected his passion into various roles within the basketball realm, including a notable tenure at Nike, Adidas, and Reebok. OG made significant contributions to the organization, working diligently in organizing prestigious camps like Nike Camps and ABCD Camps.
Throughout his career, OG collaborated with numerous sports agents, gaining valuable insights into the intricate business side of the sport. His involvement in basketball spans across every level, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the game's nuances and dynamics. Being blessed enough to be in attendance of many NBA Drafts, including his first in 2005.
Furthermore, OG possesses a strong financial background, honed through his work at renowned institutions such as Charles Schwab and Vanguard. This unique combination of basketball expertise and financial acumen gives OG a well-rounded perspective, enabling him to navigate the complex landscape of the sport.
