Director Of Football Operations

The #OG6FAMILY is proud to introduce Delano Phillips, Director of Football Operations, Chief Legal Counsel, and an NFLPA Certified NFL Contract Advisor for OG6 Sports Management. A graduate of Arizona State University, Delano brings a unique background combining law, finance, and athlete representation. With more than fifteen years in financial services at firms including Merrill Lynch, UBS, and E*Trade, he has managed tens of millions of dollars in assets while building extensive expertise in contracts, compliance, and business development through his own law firm. A former player, coach, and lifelong enthusiast, Delano returned to NFL contract advisory work in 2025 and is committed to serving players with trust, integrity, and a true family-first approach that reflects the values of the #OG6FAMILY.
